Before our deadline, my responsiblity as group leader required me to ensure that we as a group had covered everything that needed to be included in both the pitch document and game design document. For this reason, I went over the entire checklist for the pitch document and the game design document and pointed out areas that needed to be improved or still needed to be added.
Not only did I have to go over the two documents to ensure that they met the criteria, I also had to ensure that all the group members' tasks were up to date on Trello. We used Trello to help allocate and manage tasks that were assigned to each member to make it easier for everyone to keep track off. Furthermore, we also used a site called Miro which allows for brainstorming that the team used to add any ideas they came up with for all members to check up on.
Regular meetings took place to discuss areas that needed to be improved and everyone's progress was regularly being checked on to make sure that nobody in the group was struggling with any of their assgined tasks. After reviewing all the documents and making all the necessary improvements, the team was finally happy with the final results of the document and were thrilled to have it completed before the final deadline with time to spare incase any other improvements needed to be made that might have been missed out on by accident.
